Ever have moments in your day where you wonder how you got to this point in your life? Is this it? Am I destined for more or is this my life? Too often we go through life like this, in a state of auto-pilot. Life becomes monotonous. Why am I so disconnected? What if there was a way to feel more connected in our lives? To the people we share it with, to the jobs we have, more importantly to ourselves. There are three main reasons that I've observed that cause people to feel disconnected from themselves: THE FIRST is that many of us were raised to disconnect from ourselves, our emotions + our needs in order to be accepted + loved in childhood. This pattern continues through adulthood. This is where many of us learnt to disconnect from ourselves in order to be accepted + feel a sense of safety + belonging. THE SECOND reason I see people disconnecting from themselves is when they're carrying unresolved trauma + disconnecting from their trauma has become a way of coping. THE THIRD reason for feeling disconnected from ourselves is that we may be dissociated. This happens a lot more than many realize + is in response to feeling unsafe in our body or environment. If you relate to feeling disconnected, Unsure of what you want? Unclear about your purpose? Maybe you feel like you are existing rather than living and you just don’t feel yourself lately then this must be divine timing. I'm putting this out there and you are reading this at a time you need it most. Therefore I invite you to come on this journey with me. Invest in yourself in your own wellbeing and experience my new class Connection. This class will be held at Tonik in Glenrothes. These classes will be a 4 week block to ensure you get all that you need and let go of everything that you don’t need. I will guide you to return back to yourself, to help you fall in love with yourself and feel truly connected. I will hold space for you and guide you to have the resilience and permission to face parts of your feelings that you've buried deep down that have caused a dissonance in you. If you bravely join me in my class, show up for yourself and honour what shows up for you, then with the power of your breath, specific energy work and sound healing, you will reclaim the parts of who you thought were gone and gain the internal peace you are looking for. My intention is that by the end of the 4 weeks you will come out a new you, you will come. Exchange for the 4 weeks is £35.53
